Granny’s Zucchini Bread

 

3 cups sugar

3 1/4 cup flour   

1 1/2 tsp salt    

1 tsp cinnamon   

1 tsp nutmeg  

2 tsp baking soda   

4 eggs      

2 cup grated Zucchini   

1 tsp lemon juice   

1 cup oil   

1/3 cup water    

1 cup raisins

1 cup chopped nuts   

 

Mix all dry together then add remaining until well blended.   Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees F.  for one hour.
