Frozen Melon Berry Pops

2 ½ cups cubed, seeded watermelon, honeydew melon or cantaloupe

½ cup fresh or frozen your favorite berries, thawed

¼ cup sugar

1 Tbsp. and 2 tsps.  Lemon juice

1 Tbsp. honey


Place your favorite melon, berries, sugar, lemon juice and honey in a blender, cover and blend until smooth.   Strain thru a cheese cloth to remove pulp.


Pour into 3 oz. pop molds or paper cups.   Cover molds or cups with foil and cut a slit over each cup and insert wooden sticks.


Freeze overnight or until solid.   Remove from molds or cups and Enjoy!   Makes 8 servings



Use 6 oz. molds and you will have 4 larger servings.

Make two or three different batches and mix different flavors…pour in one kind then another…Make rainbow Pops!
