Baked Walleye

 

Walleye Fish, skinned, cleaned and de-boned

½ cup butter, melted

Salt

Lemon Pepper

 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.    Butter up a baking sheet.

 

Line Walleye on prepared baking sheet.   Season with salt and Lemon pepper or your favorite seasoning.   Drizzle melted butter over top of each piece of fish.   Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish is light and flakey.   Remove from baking sheet turning over on to each plate so crispy side is on top.   Season more if necessary.   Enjoy!
