Fruit Salad

Fruit Salad

2 cups chopped mandarin oranges

2 sweet apples, chopped
2 cups whipped cream
1 ½ cups pineapple chunks
1 cup coconut flakes

Seedless grapes

Raisins, craisins or dried cherries

Chopped honey dew melon, cantaloupe

Marshmallow bites

Sliced banana
1 cup broken walnuts, optional

Peel oranges; cut flesh into bite size chunks. Peel, core and chop apples.

Quickly toss all together.

Store in frig in a covered container until ready to serve, may store for at least 24 hours, longer if you like.

Variations:
May put all into blender and puree to a creamy mixture
Amounts of each ingredient are up to you
