Granny’s Crumble Cake Cookies

Granny’s Crumble Cake Cookies
“Deedol Original”

2 cups crumbled chocolate cake
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups chunky peanut butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
(if your cake has frosting add 1 cup oatmeal or coconut)

Mix all together, drop on baking sheet and bake at 350° F. for 8 minutes or 10 minutes for crunchy cookies depending on the size of cookie. Using left over cake left was my inspiration.

Variations: Try different kinds of left over cake….. try cream cheese in place of peanut butter……. try coconut in place of oatmeal for frosted cakes…… try nuts, raisins, dried cranberries, or other chips or in place of chocolate chips…..Make your own family favorite. Enjoy!
