Hot and Spicy Chicken Nuggets

1 cup sour cream
3 Tbsp milk
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp ground red pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
2 chicken breasts skinned, boned, cut into 2 inch chunks, 1 lb
¾ cup crushed sesame crackers
½ cup salsa

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.    Grease cookie sheet.

Mix together ½ cup sour cream, milk and seasonings. Lightly dip chicken into mixture or brush on it on; coat well cracker crumbs. Place on prepared cookie sheet.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Mix remaining sour cream and salsa. Serve with nuggets on toothpicks. Make about 30 nuggets
