Apple Cinnamon Water

Apple Cinnamon Water

1 Apple thinly sliced
1 Cinnamon Stick

Drop apple slices and cinnamon sticks into a pitcher.   Fill half way up with ice then to the top with water.   Drink 8 oz. before each meal.


This wonderful beverage will boost your metabolism naturally and curb your appetite.   Remember the old saying, an apple a day keeps the doctor away!   Enjoy now!
