Steak and Blue Cheese Wrap


3 oz. beef flank steak, sliced thin

1 Tbsp. oil

¼ cup sweet peppers

1 cup shredded romaine or baby spinach leaves

1 Tbsp. blue cheese Butter

1 tomato, sliced

1 large flour tortilla, 8 inch


Over Medium heat grill sliced beef and sweet peppers in oil for a few minutes or until heated through.   Drain on paper towel.


Arrange beef strips, sweet peppers, romaine, tomato and blue cheese butter on top of tortilla, roll up and enjoy!   Serves one
