Blue Cheese Butter

Blue Cheese Butter
1 lb. butter
6 oz. blue cheese crumbled
1 cup green onions, chopped finely
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 garlic clove, chopped finely
Mix together all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.   Chill in refrigerator for an hour.. Form into four logs.   Wrap each log in plastic wrap and chill or freeze until ready to serve.





1/2 cup butter, room temperature

2 Tbsps. crumbled blue cheese, room temperature

2 Tbsps. chives, finely chopped

1 tsp. salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper




1 cup Royal Blue Cheese
1/2 cup Butter, room temperature
2 to 3 Tbsps. Heavy Whipping cream
5 Chive Sprigs, chopped
5 Sage Leaves, chopped
Black Pepper to taste


Mix together in a food processor or blender until creamy and smooth to desired texture.   A great one for salads, dips or whatever you want.   Enjoy!
