36 Oreo cookies, crushed to crumbs
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
24 oz. white baking chocolate, semi sweet
24 oz chocolate baking chocolate, semi sweet
Cream together cookie crumbs and cream cheese.
Roll into 48 walnut size balls, place on baking sheet lined with wax paper. Freeze for 10 minutes or chill in frig for an hour.
Melt each about ¾ of each baking chocolate in separate pans. Using a toothpick dip each ball into melted chocolate. Place on wax paper to firm up.
Melt remaining baking chocolate and drizzle over to decorate.
Decorate with candy sprinkles
or crush about 8 cookies and sprinkle on top
Use any combination of white or chocolate baking chocolate for dipping and decorating…the sky is the limit on this old favorite!
