Tuna Patties

Tuna Patties


2 cups Tuna, canned in water, drained and flaked
1/4 cup Tomato sauce
1/4 cup Pickled Onions, chopped

A handful of spinach leafs, chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder


Mix all ingredients together well.   Divide into 4 portions and press each into patties.   Chill in the refrigerator for an hour or overnight.  You may also freeze the patties to use on another day.

Melt a pat of butter in skillet and cook over medium high heat until golden on each side.

Variation: use Dill pickles in place of pickled onions
