Sombrero Dip

Sombrero Dip


1 lb lean ground beef

1/4 cup chopped onion

2 cups salsa, medium heat

1 tsp salt

½ tsp chili powder


4 cups re-fried beans, 17 oz. can

½ cup sharp Cheddar cheese

¼ cup chopped onions

¼ cup sliced black olives


In a heavy skillet brown meat with ¼ cup onion.   Add salsa, salt and chili powder; blend together well.   Stir in re-fried beans and heat through.   Top with sharp cheddar cheese, chopped onions and sliced black olives.    Serve warm…Enjoy!
