Minty Grasshopper Pie


8 oz. cream cheese, soft

14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

16 fudge mint cookies, coarsely crushed*

Green Food coloring

8 oz. cool whip

1 chocolate pie crust


Beat Cream Cheese until fluffy, gradually beat in milk until smooth.   Stir in food coloring, then crushed cookies.   Fold in whipped topping.   Pour into crust.   Chill 3 hours or until set.   Serve chilled.


*I used thin mints here…sooooo good!
