Granny’s Baked Cream Cheese Balls

8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup chopped nuts
3 eggs, well beaten
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 cup fine cracker or bread crumbs

Fine cracker crumbs for rolling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium mixing bowl, mix together well cream cheese, nuts, eggs, onion soup mix and fine cracker or bread crumbs. Roll into small bite-size balls and roll in additional fine cracker or bread crumbs and place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
