Granny’s Quick Stew

stew meat, sliced thinly
1 can peas and carrots
1 can beans, any kind
1 large potato (1 lb.), diced
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp A-1 sauce

Brown stew meat, put in pot with potatoes, cover with water, add salt. Boil for 5 to 10 minutes; simmer and add peas, carrots, beans, sauces. Cook 20 to 30 minutes. Serve

Variation: empty out the frig of all your left over veggies, beans and toss them in….the more the better.   Enjoy!
