Granny’s Potato Salad

Granny’s Potato Salad

5 lbs potatoes, cooked and cubed
2 cups celery, chopped
1 sweet onion, chopped
6 dill pickles, chopped
8 eggs, hard-boiled
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. mustard
salt and pepper
paprika

Mix together potatoes, celery, onion, pickles, 6 hard-boiled eggs that are chopped in large bowl.

In small bowl add mayo, mustard, salt and pepper. Add to salad and mix well.

Slice up last 2 eggs and lay on top of salad. Sprinkle paprika over top. Chill and serve.
