Spinach Dip

Spinach Dip

1 cup mayonnaise
16 oz. sour cream
1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
½ cup onion, chopped
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 pkg vegetable soup or onion soup mix
1 round rye bread
assorted veggies for dipping

Cream together mayo and sour cream; add soup mix; blend in water chestnuts, onions and spinach. Remove top of rye bread; fill with spinach dip and serve with assorted veggies.
