Seven Layer Cookies


1 stick butter

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup shredded coconut

1 cup butterscotch chips

1 cup chocolate chips

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup nuts, chopped (or raisins)


Preheat oven 350° F.   Butter bottom and sides of a 9×13 baking dish.   Cream together butter and crushed graham crackers; layer coconut, butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, and top with chopped nuts of choice (if allergies to nuts, use raisins).   Slowly pour sweetened condensed milk over all.  Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.   Let cool and then cut into squares.
