Granny’s Stuffed Hamburgers

Granny’s Stuffed Hamburgers

1 lb beef round or chuck, ground fine
Cheese of choice
Veggies of choice diced finely, Onions, Tomato, Green pepper, pickles
Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 Tbsp butter
Salt and pepper

Form beef into 8 thin patties; place cheese on center of 4 patties and add veggies of choice and or bacon; top with remaining patties; press edges together.

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat; add stuffed hamburgers and cook on both sides until as brown and done as desired. Season with salt and pepper.

Variation: Mix all together and fry fully mixed burgers or mix hamburger with veggies of choice and stuff with cheese.
