Blueberry Cheesecake Pie

1 unbaked pie shell
21 oz. blueberry pie filling
2 eggs
1 tsp. grated lemon rind, optional
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
1 tsp. vanilla
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Combine 1 cup pie filling with ½ tsp. lemon rind (optional) and pour into crust. Bake 10 minutes, remove from oven. Chill remaining pie filling.

In bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy, gradually beat in milk, eggs, lemon juice, vanilla and pour over blueberries.

Reduce oven to 350 degrees F. and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Chill, top with remaining chilled pie filling and serve with cool whip.
