Cocoa Peanut Butter Chip Pie



1 cup peanut butter chips

¼ cup butter

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa

14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

1/3 cup water

1 egg, beaten

½ tsp. vanilla

1 crust of choice



Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.   Sprinkle peanut butter chips on bottom of crust.


In saucepan, over low heat, melt butter, add cocoa, and stir until smooth.   Add milk and water and mix well.   Cook and stir until smooth, about 5 minutes.   Stir in well beaten egg and vanilla.   Remove from heat.   Pour into crust of choice.   May use graham cracker or traditional crust.   Chill and serve.   Enjoy!
