1 large pkg. Jello or 6 oz. plain Gelatin
1 ½ cup boiling water
½ cup corn syrup or honey
In mixing bowl mix Jello and boiling water, stir until all is dissolved. Add corn syrup and mix well. Cool mixture in refrigerator until thick. Whip with mixer until fluffy. Pour into baking pan and let set until firm. Cut into cubes and roll in sugar.
For variations use different flavors of Jello.
