Granny’s Snow Ice Cream

Granny’s Snow Ice Cream  


1 egg
1 cup whole milk, or cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

8 to 12 cups fresh, clean snow


In a large bowl, beat egg until smooth.    Beat in milk, sugar, vanilla and salt.     Cream all together until smooth.


Hand stir snow about 1 to 2 cups at a time into creamed mixture, until desired consistency.

Serve and enjoy!   Makes 4 servings
