Granny’s Creamy Cinnamon Syrup

Granny’s Creamy Cinnamon Syrup

½ cup honey or light corn syrup
1 Tsp. cinnamon
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup evaporated milk
¼ cup water

Bring corn syrup or honey, sugar, water and cinnamon to a boil. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Stir in milk and serve warm.
