Peanut and Pretzel Bark

Peanut and Pretzel Bark

28 oz. chocolate, vanilla flavored candy coating or almond bark
1 ½ cups broken thin pretzels
1 cup coarsely chopped peanuts

In saucepan, over low heat, melt candy coating or almond bark, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, stir in pretzels and peanuts. Spread into thin layer on 2 wax paper lined baking sheets. Chill 30 minutes or until firm. Break into chunks. Store in fridge.
