Chocolate Cherry Coconut Cake, Gluten Free
“a Deedol Original”

1 can cherry pie filling
1 cup coconut, shredded
½ pkg gluten free chocolate cake mix
¼ cup butter, room temperature
½ cup milk, cow, rice, soy or nut
2 tsp lemon juice
1 large egg
¼ cup hot water
1 tsp vanilla
1 can sweetened condensed Milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 8×8 baking pan.
Pour cherry pie filling in bottom of prepared baking dish. Sprinkle coconut over cherry pie filling.

Mix together ½ pkg gluten free chocolate cake mix with butter, milk, lemon juice, egg, hot water, vanilla and lastly sweetened condensed milk. Will be a bit lumpy. Pour over coconut to cover fully. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool and serve
