Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken
2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into strips or use chicken wings or legs

Salt and pepper

Honey mustard, see recipe below
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, 175 degrees C.   Grease 9×13 baking dish.

 

Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste; place on prepared baking dish.

 

Drizzle with some of the honey mustard over the chicken; brush to cover each piece.

 

Bake for about 25 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over; brush with more honey mustard mixture.   Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

 

Serve with remaining honey mustard for dipping if desired.

 

Honey Mustard…
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup honey

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp cayenne or paprika

1 Tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

 

To use as a dip only add 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise.   Enjoy!
