Granny’s Cinnamon Swirl Cake

Mix together:
3 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp baking powder

Mix together:
1 1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Blend milk mixture in with the flour mixture.

Slowly stir into cake batter:
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pour prepared cake batter into Buttered 9×13 baking pan, set aside.

Mix together:
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup butter, room temperature
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Drop by teaspoon evenly over cake batter in baking pan; swirl around with frosting knife.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until center of cake is done and cake pulls away slightly from the edge of the pan.

Glaze topping:
2 cups powdered sugar
5 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together until correct consistency for glaze. Drizzle over warm cake, enjoy!
