Mexican Bean Dip

Mexican Bean Dip

1 large can re-fried beans
1 lb lean ground beef, browned in dry taco seasoning
1 large sour cream
1 small jar salsa
1 cup Guacamole
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated

Layer in a 9×13 baking dish in the order listed above.

Bake at 350 degrees F. until bubbly. Cool before eating. Add toppings if desired. Serve with nacho chips.

Topping Variations, add chopped onion, black olives, tomatoes, black beans. chives…
