Granny’s Pepper Jack Cheese Balls, a Deedol original

4 cups pepper jack cheese, shredded

3 cups mozzarella, shredded

16 oz. cream cheese

6 oz. Gorgonzola, creamy soft

2 Tbsp. sweet peppers chopped

¼ tsp. lemon pepper seasoning

Dash or two garlic salt

Pinch dried Parsley

1 Tbsps. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. lemon juice

 

Mix all together and chill overnight.    Next day form into balls and roll in chopped nuts.   Serve with crackers or veggies of choice.   They freeze well for about 6 months.
