Orange Jello Salad

Orange Jello Salad
6 oz. pkg. orange jello
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet, room temperature

11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained

8 oz. Whipped Cream topping

1 cup mini marshmallows, optional
Mix together boiling water and jello, stirring until dissolved.   Add orange sherbet and blend in well, until all melted together.   Chill 2 hours.


Add mandarin oranges, stir in whipped cream topping and mini marshmallows if using.   Chill over for 2 hours or overnight.   Serve and enjoy!



When you add mandarin oranges you may blend together in a food processor until smooth, blend in whipped cream topping, chill and serve.
