Cheese Tuna English Muffins


7 oz. can tuna

3/4 cup + 1/4 cup Swiss cheese, finely shredded

½ cup onions, chopped finely

½ cup sweet peppers, chopped finely

½ cup mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce

6 English Muffins



Slice and toast English Muffins, set aside


Drain and flake tuna then mix together well with 3/4 cup shredded cheese, onions, sweet peppers, Mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces.   Spread 2 Tbsps. on each muffin half.   Top each muffin half with the remaining shredded cheese and a sprinkle of paprika.


Broil about 3 inches from heat source for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is belted and bubbly.


Makes 12 muffins halves.
